het scherm niet ingebrand is
het aanraakscherm nog correct functioneert
het aanraakscherm of glasplaat geen schade (breuk) heeft

Zorg dat de volgende zaken zeker zijn uitgevoerd:

Verwijder je PIN-code, patroonbeveiliging of andere vormen van vergrendelingen
Verwijder persoonlijke gegevens en data
Verwijder je simkaart en/of geheugenkaart
Verwijder alle persoonlijke accounts (zoals Google, Facebook, iCloud, Whatsapp). Je voert best een factory reset uit.
De "zoek-mijn-toestel"-functie van Andriod of iOS moeten gedeactiveerd zijn
